So another area where we're seeing a lot of growth, a lot of customers request help, is around the area of remote assistance. So think of this as FaceTime for enterprise. We have field service workers that are working in the field. We have a growing trend where the older field service workers are aging out of the business and they're being replaced by newer folks with less experience and there's a very focused effort to bring together the knowledge base that these field organizations have into a central service desk. But now we need to give visibility to that knowledge all the way out to the new members of the team. So one of the ways that we can do that is through a partner solution called Librestream, which actually provides a FaceTime-type solution, but for the enterprise.
So one of our customers has a central pool of senior support technicians that resided their headquarters location, and they have a lot of new field service workers in the field that may be working on a piece of equipment for the first time. So they probably received some training on the solution, but they may not have actually experienced this particular repair. Using the Librestream solution, they can actually take video of the problem that they're experiencing on the piece of equipment and transmit that video real time and actually have a live conference with somebody over a video conference back with their senior support desk. Using this tool, they can actually draw on the screen, they can take snapshots of the screen, they can archive this content, but what it does is it allows the most senior people in the organization to provide remote assistance and speed the time by which these junior technicians can be up to speed on supporting tools in the field.
